Overview
This policy applies to all international wholesale orders of women’s bags placed through our company. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Order Confirmation & Sample Policy
Each bulk order is produced to your specifications after payment. To avoid misunderstandings we strongly recommend you choose a sample service from the options followed:
a) Ask for a video conference to check the sample before bulk production(saves shipping cost and time).
b) Ordering a pre-production sample (chargeable, refundable against the bulk order). Approval of the sample constitutes acceptance of materials, colours, dimensions and workmanship standards for the entire lot.
No Automatic Right of Return
Because our goods are custom-manufactured in large volumes and shipped internationally, we do not operate a general “money-back” return or exchange service comparable to retail stores. Logistics costs, import duties and transit times (4–8 weeks) make conventional returns economically and environmentally impractical. But this doesn't mean that we don't have after-sales service. Please read the following guarantee service details. We will also resolve any after-sales issues you encounter through negotiation.
Quality Guarantee & Remedy for Defect
We guarantee that every shipment will leave our factory in perfect condition and strictly conform to the approved sample and agreed specifications.
If cartons arrive visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior and contents immediately and submit a written claim within 5 calendar days of receipt.
For manufacturing defects exceeding an accepted 2 % AQL fault rate, we will, at our discretion:
a) replace the defective units in your next scheduled shipment, or
b) issue a credit note for the pro-rata value of the defective goods.
No cash refunds or freight reimbursements will be granted.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins. Once materials are cut or accessories ordered, any change is subject to a restocking/re-work fee up to 20 % of the order value.
Force Majeure
Delays or non-delivery caused by war, pandemic, embargo, port congestion, customs inspection or other events beyond our control do not entitle the buyer to cancel or claim a refund; schedules will be extended accordingly.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shanghai, whose decision shall be final.
